Each workout is organized and planned prior to your appointment, so that when you arrive at Challenge to Get Fit you can start working out right away by warming up and stretching. We don’t waste time figuring out what to do next or waiting for someone to finish using an exercise machine. The entire workout session is organized from start to finish so that your time at Challenge to Get Fit is focused on you and achieving your specific results. You come in, we focus on your workout, and you leave feeling good about your accomplishments after experiencing an effective and efficient workout.

A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by gyms, personal trainers, and former military personnel. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.

Exercises are useful for building the abdominal muscles. This is useful for improving performance with certain sports, back pain, and for withstanding abdominal impacts. Abdominal muscles have many important functions, including in breathing, coughing, and sneezing, and maintaining posture and speech in a number of species.

Performed on your hands and knees and repeated on both sides, the block of five exercises include The Booty Lift, Attitude, Fire Hydrant Kick (this one is a doozy), Leg Lift and Tail Wag. Sounds complicated, but the PDF shows Sara doing the exercises in “step 1” and “step 2” positions, so you can clearly follow along. Each exercise starts off at 14 reps and each day you add a new rep. That means by the end of the 14 days, you’ll be doing 27 reps of each exercise before you switch to the next.

A healthy eating plan gives your body the nutrients it needs every day while staying within your daily calorie goal for weight loss. A healthy eating plan also will lower your risk for heart disease and other health conditions.

Each modified meal plan is based on your health information and assessment with training evaluation.
